CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Vice Mayor Aramendia announced that persons wishing to make comment or make inquiry on any matter <br />not on the agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Vice Mayor Aramendia <br />announced the rules of decorum. No one came forward. <br />14. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />A. Procurement Information Report for the Period March 1, 2024 through March 31 <br />2024 <br />Mr. Newlon advised that the Procurement Information Report for the month of March 2024 was contained <br />in the Commissioners' agenda packets for review. He noted that the report contained information about <br />minor contracts that were issued under delegated authority of staff during this period. <br />No other report. <br />15. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />Ms. Reischmann gave a brief overview of some recently passed and pending legislative bills related to <br />timing for transmittal of comprehensive plan amendments; expiration of the fertilizer moratorium; short <br />term rentals; harassment of police officers; business impact statements; and horneless issues. <br />16. CITY CLERK'S REPORT <br />City Clerk Donna Gardner shared the following information: <br />• EarthFest will be held in Lake Concord Park on Saturday, April 27t1i from 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. <br />17. CITY COMMISSIONERS' REPORTS/COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Mark Busch - Seat No. 3: <br />• Expressed appreciation for the Bike Week proclamation presented earlier in the meeting. <br />
