• The City will determine if and where along the shoreline plants can be installed. • The City will provide the homeowner at least a fourteen (14) day notice prior to installation. • I will take care of the shoreline vegetation, and will not remove, damage, alter, or destroy the shoreline plants awarded via this program. • In the event of failure of the planting, as determined by the City, I authorize the City and/or its representatives to enter upon my property to remove the vegetation at the sole discretion of the City. What are the reasons that you are willing to be a City of Casselberry Shoreline Sponsor? PLANTING REQUIREMENTS Shoreline plants will be installed along the lake's shoreline either in the water or in areas that will be intermittently inundated with water throughout the year. You may request where along the shoreline you would like the vegetation installed. The City will perform a pre -planting site visit to confirm that the shoreline has space for planting, and the City will make the final decision for planting location based on site conditions and selected plants.
