Supervisor Campbell <br />was able to correspond with someone, in England and there were delays in receiving the mail. An email from Mr. <br />Thompson was read and entered into record as exhibit A. The Special Magistrate recommended letting the fine run and <br />leaving it up to the Code Enforcement Officer when to bring it back as a subsequent case. The case was tabled to allow <br />time for correction of the violations. <br />CE -19-001192 913 Turtle Mound Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that the case listed above were found in non-compliance and fines should be imposed. The <br />Special Magistrate stated for the record, she has an affidavit of non-compliance signed by Officer Eastwood stating that <br />913 Turtlemound Dr. remains non-compliant. It was ordered that a lien be imposed, in the amount of $50 per day, and <br />will continue to run until there is compliance. <br />CE -19-001288 505 El Dorado Way <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that the case listed above was found in non-compliance and fines should be imposed. <br />Special Magistrate stated for the record, she has an affidavit of non-compliance signed by Officer Eastwood stating that <br />505 El Dorado Way remains non-compliant.
