The City requested a subsequent hearing date of 11/14/2019 to determine compliance. The Special <br />Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak for this case, there was no one present. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-001568, located at 1040 Seminola Blvd., was in violation of the City <br />Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement <br />Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. October 24, 2019. If there is no compliance <br />by October 24, 2019, then a fine of $200.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. <br />A subsequent hearing will be held on November 14, 2019, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -19-001766 3073 Autumn Ct. <br />• Fence in disrepair, ULDR Section 3-10.3.b.1 <br />• Deteriorated or damages fence, ULDR Section 3-10.3.b.2 <br />Officer Alcuri, provided testimony and read case information into record.
