CE -19-000493 522 Jupiter Way <br />CE -19-000496 610 Jupiter Way <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the above cases were in compliance and would not be <br />heard. <br />CASES WITHDRAWN FROM THE AGENDA TO BE HEARD .Tune 13, 2019 <br />18-003714 5001 S Hwy 17-92 <br />18-003715 5023 S Hwy 17-92 <br />Cir. <br />19-000245 66(60) Griggs Ave. <br />19-000261 1164 Park Dr. <br />19-000446 1421 Tyrone Ct. <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the above cases were in being withdrawn from the <br />May 9, 2019 hearing and will be heard at the June 13, 2019 hearing. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES <br />CE -18-001996 1436 SR 436 <br />Front-end loader refuse container -screening requirements ULDR Section 3-10.2.3.a.iv <br />Tim Alcuri, Senior Code Compliance Officer gave background information on this case. Mr. Alcuri advised there has been <br />a significant change to the property. The City requested a 60 -day extension to the compliance date. <br />Brian Hitchcock, property manager gave testimony. Exhibit A and B, a before (A) and after (B), were submitted as evidence. <br />im Alcuri, Senior Code Compliance Officer advised that the City approves of a 60 -day extension. <br />Finding of fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding to extend the original findings of fact by 60 days to July 8, 2019. <br />Another hearing will be held on July 11, 2019 to determine compliance. <br />NEW CASES <br />CE -18-002993 433 Bridle Path <br />® Unsafe buildings, 1-4.4 (FBC 103.5) <br />® Building code -Public nuisances, 1-4.4 (FBC 103.5. 1) <br />® Condemnation authority, 1-4.4 (FBC 103.5.3) <br />® Open and abandoned property, City Code 58-132(f) <br />® Health safety -condemnation, 301.1 SUBAC <br />® Unsafe building, 301.1 SUBAC <br />Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance Officer read case history into record and advised that the property was found to be in <br />violation on September 25, 2018. The City requests a correction date of June 8, 2019. If no compliance by June 8, 2019, <br />then a fine of $250.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requests a <br />subsequent hearing date of June 13, 2019to determine compliance. <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised the City would be requesting 60 days <br />Bill Raley, representative for the property owner, Mrs..Jones. Mr. Raley gave testimony; unknown to Mrs. Jones the original <br />contractor was not licensed and did not follow codes. Mrs. Jones has now found a competent licensed contractor, who <br />plied and was granted a building permit on March 19, 2019. <br />he Special Magistrate asked if the demo was a complete demo. <br />21 Page <br />
