CE 18-003030 240 Ivy Farm Ln <br />City Code 3-10.3.a.4 Roofs, gutters, down spouts - maintenance <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the notification date was September 20, 2018, <br />correction date requested was November 06, 2018 found non-compliant. Hearing Notice date was November 9, <br />2018 — Posted at property, correction date requested was January 9, 2019 found non-compliant. <br />The property was found to be non-compliant on January 9, 2019. The City requests a correction date of February <br />9, 2019. If no compliance by February 9, 2019, then a fine of $50.00 per day should then be imposed for each day <br />of non-compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of February 14, 2019 to determine <br />compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the owner of representative of 240 Ivy Farm Ln was in the audience. There was <br />no one present. <br />Finding of fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding in CE -18-003030 240 Ivy Farm Ln for the violation of <br />City Code 3-10.3.a.4 Roofs, gutters, down spouts - maintenance. Based on testimony and evidence it was found <br />that the property was in violation of the City Code. It was ordered that the property come into compliance by <br />Ipm February 9, 2019, if compliance is not achieved by that date and time a $50.00 per day fine shall be <br />imposed for each day the violation continues to exist past February 9, 2019.
