CE 18-003033 972 Osceola Trail <br />City Code 3-10.3.c.1: Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris - Dead Tree(s) <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the notification date was October 3, 2018; correction <br />date requested was October 16, 2018 was non-compliant. Hearing notice date was November 21, 2018; correction <br />date requested was January 9, 2019 - Non -Compliant. <br />The property was found to be non-compliant on January 9, 2019. The City requests a correction date of January <br />24, 2019. If no compliance by January 24, 2019, then a fine of $50.00 per day should then be imposed for each <br />day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of February 14, 2019 to determine <br />compliance. <br />Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance officer gave testimony. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the owner of representative of 972 Osceola Trl was in the audience. There was <br />no one present. <br />Finding of fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding in CE -18-003033 972 Osceola Trl for the violation of <br />Violation City Code 3-10.3.c.1: overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris - Dead Tree(s). Based on testimony and <br />evidence it was found that the property was in violation of the City Code. It was ordered that the property come <br />into compliance by 1pm January 24, 2019, if compliance is not achieved by that date and time a $50.00 per day <br />fine shall be imposed for each day the violation continues to exist past January 24, 2019. Another hearing will be <br />held on February 14, 2019, 6:30 pm to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />E 18-002867 850 SR 436 <br />k.ity Code 3-10.2.3.a Front -end -loaded refuse container location requirements <br />City Code 3-10.2.3.a.iv - Front -end -loaded refuse container -screening requirements <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the notification date was October 13, 2018, correction <br />date requested was November 08, 2018 found non-compliant. Hearing notice date was November 9, 2018, <br />correction date requested was January 9, 2019 found Non -Compliant. <br />The property was found to be non-compliant on January 9, 2019. The City requests a correction date of February <br />9, 2019. If no compliance by February 9, 2019, then a fine of $250.00 per day should then be imposed for each <br />day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of February 14, 2019 to determine <br />compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the owner of representative of 850 SR 436 was in the audience. Based on testimony and evidence it was found that the <br />property was in violation of the City Code.
