"DESIGNATES." As used in Fla Stat 1 66 04151(7)(8 to designate property with <br />a future land use category in the comprehensive plan. <br />"GAVE." The lower edge of a sloping roof surface; the top edge of a parapet or flat <br />roof. <br />"MIXED USE RESIDENTIAL." As used in Fla. Stat 166 04151(7)(a) and (8 <br />"mixed-use residential" means at least 65% of the square footage is residential non- <br />residential uses shall not include a home-based business or institutional use. <br />"PORTICO." A set of columns or colonnades that support a roof or covered <br />walkwav leading to a building entrance <br />"ZONED." As it has been traditionally defined the division of the City into <br />areas or districts, which specify allowable uses for real property and restrictions on <br />size and placement of buildings within these areas, all as set out in the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations, as directed in the policies of the comprehensive plan. <br />SECTION V. CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City <br />of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become <br />and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections <br />of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re -lettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, <br />"Ordinance" may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. <br />SECTION VI. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts of Ordinances or <br />Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance, are hereby repealed to the <br />extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION VII. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this <br />Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or <br />impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />Ordinance 23-1586 1 Page 7 of 8 <br />
