Gardner, City Clerk <br />Kelly Brock, Public Works & Utilities Director <br />Larry Krantz, Police Chief <br />Linda S. Sundvall, Deputy City Clerk <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Henson called the special meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 10:07 a.m. <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Henson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />3. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present, except for Commissioner Andrew <br />Meadows and Vice Mayor Mark Busch who were unable to attend the meeting. <br />Mayor Henson announced for the record that a quorum was present. <br />
