Resolution 23-3358 — Annual Rate Resolution for Sausalito Assessment Area "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT ROLLS FOR THE SAUSALITO ASSESSMENT AREA ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 09-1301, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 18-1492 ESTABLISHING THE LIENS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH; DIRECTING THAT THE ASSESSMENT ROLLS BE CERTIFIED TO THE SEMINOLE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 23-3358 as the Annual Rate Resolution for the Fiscal Year 2023- 2024 assessment roll for the Special Assessment for the Sausalito Assessment Area, associated with the replacement Sausalito Shores subdivision wall, is requested. Budget Impact: There is no Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget impact due to this item. Projected revenues from the Special Assessment will be included in the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 23-3358. D. Resolution 23-3359 — Utility Easement Agreement with FLTR LLC for Parcel ID: 34-21- 30-519-0000-0360 (,2409 Antilles Drive) "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A UTILITY EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH FLTR LLC ON PARCEL ID: 34-21-30-519-0000-0360 (2409 ANTILLES DRIVE); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 23-3359 provides for a Utility Easement Agreement with FLTR LLC for utilities located on the property of 2409 Antilles Drive. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 23-3359 approving the Utility Easement Agreement with the owner of 2409 Antilles Drive. E. Resolution 23-3360 - Utility Easement Agreement with 1082 CF LLC for Parcel ID 21- 21-30-530-0000-0050 (1082 SR 436) "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A UTILITY EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH 1082 CF LLC ON PARCEL ID: 21-21-30-530-0000-0050 (1082 SR 436); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 23-3360 providing for a Utility Easement Agreement with 1082 CF LLC for utilities located on the property of 1082 SR 436 is requested.
