ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present with the exception of Commissioner <br />Chad Albritton. Commissioner Albritton's Excuse of Absence was considered and approved as part of the <br />Consent Agenda later in the meeting. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of March 7, 2023 — Pre -Budget Planning Workshop <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the March 7, <br />2023 Pre -Budget Planning Workshop, as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Vice Mayor Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />No items were presented on this agenda. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />City Clerk Donna Gardner advised that two amendments had been made to the Consent Agenda which were <br />to correct the resolution number in Item G to 23-3363 and to add the Excuse of Absence for Commissioner <br />Chad Albritton as Item R. <br />A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Introduction: Approval of the legal services invoices from the City Attorney, the City Labor Attorney, <br />and legal services for street light assessment adjustments is requested. <br />Discussion: The following invoices have been reviewed by the affected departments and are being <br />presented for approval: <br />Garganese, Weiss, D'Agresta & Salzman, P.A. <br />City Attorney Services for June 2023 <br />0 Invoice No. 97880 $ 40,269.61 <br />
