Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, August 17, 2023 <br />Page 6 <br />13. CE -23-000980: New Case at 1020 Camelia Drive Violations — City Code 3-10.3.c.5.c <br />1 &2 Outdoor/openair storage — residential. <br />Staff Presentation: Officer Hall gave testimony that the property was reinspected and found to <br />remain in violation on August 14, 2023. The City requested a correction date of August 31, 2023. <br />If there is no compliance by August 31, 2023, then a fine of $50.00 per day should then be <br />imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date <br />of September 21, 2023, to determine compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if there was <br />anyone present to speak for this case, there was no one present to speak for this case. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: The Special Magistrate found that CE -23-000980, located at 1020 <br />Camelia Drive was in violation of the City Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, <br />based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that <br />the respondent shall cure the violations by 1:00 P.M. August 31, 2023. If there is no compliance <br />by August 31, 2023, then a fine of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property <br />remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on September 21 2023, to <br />determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />14. Public Comments <br />There were no public comments. <br />15. Other Business <br />There was no other business. <br />16.
