Miscellaneous <br />MOTION: Moved by Mr. Dale Christensen to approve the Return of <br />Contribution for terminated employees. Motion was seconded by <br />Police Officer Larry Littrell and carried unanimously. <br />The list of employees receiving return of contributions is attached to and made a part of <br />these minutes. <br />The Attorney suggested the following meeting dates for meeting dates for the Board of Trustees: <br />June 3, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. <br />September 5, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. <br />December 2, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. <br />Dates and times are subject to change. <br />The Police Chief has submitted a letter electing not to be a Member of the Police Officers' and <br />Firefighters' Pension Plan. The letter is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />The Board Attorney stated that the Summary Plan description will be updated and presented for <br />approval at the next Board meeting. <br />MOTION: Moved by Police Officer Larry Littrell to direct the Board Attorney to <br />update the Summary Plan document for the Plan as required by <br />Statute. Motion was seconded by Mr. Dale Christensen and carried <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />The Board Attorney stated that the contract for Money Manager with SunTrust Bank should be <br />revised and presented to the Board for consideration at the next meeting. <br />MOTION: Moved by Mr. Hank Giffen to authorize the Board Attorney to revise <br />the contract for Money Manager with SunTrust Bank and TRUSCO <br />and brought back to the Board at the June 3, 2002 Meeting for <br />consideration. Motion was seconded by Mr. Dale Christensen and <br />carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />
