including not only revenues derived from Water and Sewer System <br />operations, but also stabilization charges, connection charges, <br />tapping fees, monthly water and sewer billings, service charges, <br />hydrant rentals and interest received on investments made with <br />money derived from such revenues, but excluding utilities tax <br />proceeds. <br />1.16. "Sinking Fund Year" means a 12 -month period <br />beginning October 1 of the calendar year and ending on the next <br />succeeding September 30. <br />1.17. "Surplus" and "surplus revenues" mean the money <br />designated "surplus revenues" in Subsection 8.06 hereof. <br />1.18. "Water arra Sewer System" and "System" mean the <br />Water System and the Sewer System combined other than Excluded <br />Facilities. <br />1.181. "Water System" means the complete waterworks <br />plant and system of the city other than Excluded Facilities. <br />1.182. "Sewer System" means all sewage collection, <br />treatment and disposal facilities of the.,city other than <br />Excluded Facilities. <br />1.183. "Consumer Utilities System" means the water and <br />sewer facilities which may be acquired in part with a portion <br />of the proceeds of the Bonds herein authorized and which are <br />now owned by Consumer Utilities, Inc. <br />1.184. "Indian Hills System" means the water and sewer <br />facilities which may be acquired in part with a portion of the <br />proceeds of the Bonds herein authorized and which are now owned <br />by Indian Hills Utilities, Inc. <br />-8- <br />
