D. Resolution 23-5362 — Notice of Site Dedication and Limitation of Use for Secret Lake Park Related to Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A NOTICE OF SITE DEDICATION AND LIMITATION OF USE FOR SECRET LAKE PARK ASSOCIATED WITH A LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND GRANT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 23-5362 provides for approval of a Notice of Site Dedication and Limitation of Use for Secret Lake Park associated with a Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant received for the park. Budget Impact: There is no budget impact associated with this item. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 23-5362, approving and authorizing the execution of a Notice of Site Dedication and Limitation of Use for Secret Lake Park associated with a Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant. E. Excuse Absence of Commissioner Chad Albritton Introduction: Commissioner Chad Albritton advised on April 10, 2023 that he is unable to attend the meeting due to illness. He has respectfully requested that his Excuse of Absence be placed on the Consent Agenda for consideration. Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. 8. DISCUSSION ITEMS A.
