(3) The Committee discussed extending the program out to commercial use. Committee consensus was to not <br />revise the application at this time and to not extend the program to commercial use. <br />6. Adopt -a -Program Suggestions <br />The Committee discussed improvements to the program, including methods of advertisement and <br />potentially open the program to commercial owners. It was discussed that members should be present for the <br />Earthfest 2023 event to promote the program. Once this is completed, the Committee will evaluate the successes of <br />the event and to plan for future events to attend. The Committee also discussed opening the program to commercial <br />owners. The Committee was not in favor of this revision to the program. <br />7. Suggestions for New Programs in the Future <br />The Committee discussed potentially adding some new programs including "Adopt -a -Shore" and "Tree <br />Preservation". Consensus was that more information was needed to begin to program these suggestions. The item <br />was tabled to a future meeting. <br />8. Other Business <br />The Committee discussed potential dates for the 2023 calendar year. The dates discussed are to be used <br />as place holders but the Committee reserved the right to change the meeting dates if circumstances required a <br />change. <br />9. Citizens' Comments <br />No one came forward to address the Committee. <br />10.
