Resolution 23-3351 — Update to the Casselberry Memorial Park Bench Program "A RESOLLiTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OFF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE UPDATE OF THE CASSELBERRY MEMORIAL PARK BENCH PROGRAM; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 23-3351 updating the Casselberry Memorial Park Bench Program to raise the participation donation required to 53,500 due to rising costs is requested. Budget Impact: There is no budget impact associated with this update to the program, Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public W orks ,&- Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 23-3351. C. Resolution 23-3352 — Temporary Constriction Easement for the 17/92 Water Main Looping Project "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMNIISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE AND ACCEPTANCE OF A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AT 7113 US HIGHWAY 17-92, FERN PARK, FL (PARCEL ID# 17-21-30-300-0230-0000); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 22-3352 provides for a Temporar- ,� Construction Easement Agreement at the Lowes access road with RJB Fern Park, LLC for the 17/"92 Water Main Looping Project, Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget, Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 23-3352. D. Cooperative Purchase of Replacement Generator for Lift Station #62 Lake of the Woods and Related Budget Amendment #23-038 Introduction: Approval to purchase and install a replacement generator for Lift Station 462 Lake of the Woods from Tradewinds Power Corp for a total amount of 574,313 utilizing the Florida Sheriffs Association Cooperative Purchasing Program Contract #FSA22-VEH30.0 and related Budget Amendment #23-038 is requested. (Ref: PBA -2023-0988 and RFP -2018-0338) Budget Impact: Budget Amendment X23-038 will increase the Renewal and Replacement Lift Stations Other Improvements account #403-0752-535.67-35 and decrease the Water and Sewer Fund Non - Departmental Contingency Reserves account 4'401-0190-536.58-00 in the amount of S74,313. The City will seek reimbursement from FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) for this project.
