D. Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with M.T. Causley for Building Official Services Introduction: Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with M.T. Causley for Building Official Services to extend the term for one (1) year with a standard rate increase to $125 per hour and an overtime rate increase to $188 per hour is requested (Ref. RFP -2020-0579) Budget Impact: Sufficient funding is provided for in the FY 2023 Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with M.T. Causley for Building Official Services for a one (1) year term and rate increase. E. Amendment No. 7 to the Professional Services Agreement with Dewberry Architects, Inc. for Additional Design Services for the New Casselberry Police Headquarters and Related Budget Amendment #23-025 Introduction: Approval of Amendment No. 7 to the Professional Services Agreement with Dewberry Architects, Inc. in the amount of $8,775 for the provision of additional design services for the new Police Headquarters and Budget Amendment 423-025 is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #23-025 provides for funding in the amount of $8,775. BA #23-025 Explanation of Request: This Budget Amendment seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for Amendment No. 7 with Dewberry Architects, Inc., for the new Police Station design services in the amount of $8,775.
