Funds for the State Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2023 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-05. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as submitted. B. Resolution 23-3349 — Utility Maintenance Agreement with Pulte Home CompapL LLC and Related Bill of Sale "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A UTILITY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH PULTE HOME COMPANY, LLC, AND RELATED BILL OF SALE; PROVIDING FOR CONLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 23-3349 providing for a Utility Maintenance Agreement with Pulte Home Company, LLC for the lift station at the Grayson Square subdivision and related Bill of Sale is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 23-3349. C. Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement with Core & Main LP for Advanced Metering Infrastructure Products Introduction: Approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement with Core & Main, LP for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) products is requested. (Ref: ITN -2020-0554) Budget Impact: Various operating accounts will be used within available budgets, on an as -needed basis.
