Mr. Flores advised that this work <br />was done way before the people Mr. Flores is representing bought the business and when the business was <br />purchased the owner thought everything was perfect. This (violation) has been trying to get fixed, going <br />back and forth and it will get fixed, but they were asking for more time. The Special Magistrate asked the <br />City what their position was on an extension. Mr. Andreone advised he did not have a property with a 90 <br />day extension. <br />The Special Magistrate found that CE -22-000690, located at 905 SR 436 was in violation of the City Code <br />Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code <br />Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violations by 1:00 P.M. February 15, <br />2023. If there is no compliance by February 15, 2023, then a fine of $150.00 per day will be imposed for <br />each day the property remains in non-compliance.
