Charles Dunn, 841 Wolf Trl. Property owner gave testimony. Mr. Dunn advised that he uses the boat for <br />shrimping and non of his neighbors have a problem with (the boat). <br />The Special Magistrate found that CE -22-000277, located at 841 Wolf TH. Was in violation of the City <br />Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided by the <br />Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violations by 1:00 P.M. <br />November 03, 2022. If there is no compliance by November 03, 2022, then a fine of $100.00 per day will <br />be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on <br />November 17, 2022 to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -22-000438: New Case at 427 Elm Dr. <br />City Code 1-4.3.a No building permit <br />Supervisor Acevedo gave testimony that the property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on <br />October 17, 2022. The City requested a correction date of December 04, 2022. If no compliance by <br />December 04, 2022 then a fine of $150.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance <br />thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of December 15, 2022 to determine compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak to this case, the property owners were <br />present. <br />Mark and Brittany Gau, 427 Elm Dr. property owners gave testimony.
