At a subsequent hearing on September 15, 2022, the Magistrate heard testimony and considered evidence that the Respondents have not complied with the Order imposed June 16, 2022 Now therefore, it is hereby Ordered that Respondents pay to the City of Casselberry a fine in the amount of $250 per day for each and every day the violation exists (plus any preparation/administrative fees), for each and every day the violation exists and continues to exist. CE -22-000405 421 Marigold Rd.- Not in compliance Officer Acevedo updated the Special Magistrate on this case and advised that the property was not in compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone present related to this case. There was no one present. The Special Magistrate made a ruling in case 22-000405, 421 Marigold Rd. This case came on for hearing before the previous Special Magistrate on June 16, 2022, after due notice to the Respondents, and the Board heard testimony under oath, received evidence, and issued its findings of fact and conclusion of law and order, which was furnished to Respondents.
