CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a meeting on <br />Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Dan Hale, Chairman <br />Ed Bowman, Vice Chairman <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Michelle Saporito <br />Mike Lucas <br />Jim Burnett <br />Members absent: <br />Nancy Divita <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Attorney: <br />Jennifer Nix <br />Staff members present: <br />Chris Schmidt, Community Development Director <br />Christina Hyson, Chief Planner <br />Antonia DeJesus, Planner II <br />Hunter McFerrin, Planning Technician <br />Donna Gardner, City Clerk <br />Brenda Cutlip, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Hale at 6:30 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Mr. Hale led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Third Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />No disclosure of Ex Parte Communications was made by the Commissioners. <br />Fourth Item of Business: CU 22-14: 497 SR 436, Suite 177. A conditional use request to operate a dog <br />daycare facility at 497 SR 436, Suite 177. <br />Ms. Antonia DeJesus, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated January 11, <br />2023 to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Ms. DeJesus said staff recommends that case <br />number CU 22-14 be approved with staffs conditions, based upon the staff report and the testimony and evidence <br />
