Maximum building height (in feet or stories): 35 ft., but subject to an increase to up to <br />6 stories after submittal of an updated concept plan and approval by the City <br />Commission of an amendment of this Agreement to revise standards as appropriate. <br />N. Minimum parking standards per permitted use will be governed by Article XV, <br />Offstreet Parking and Loading Requirements, of the City's Unified Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />O. Minimum lighting standards will be governed by the City's Unified Land Development <br />Regulations.
