Day care facilities. See Child or adult care facilities. <br />Docks, piers, and boat slips (non-commercial). A structure or platform, stationary or floatiM <br />supported by pillars, pilings, or other anchoring devices, extending alongshore or out from the <br />shore into a body of water, to which boats or vessels may be moored. <br />Drive-in through establishment. A place or facility where one can be served without leaving <br />one's car either at an individual stall or through a driveway window for pick-up of product. <br />Dwelling, mid -rise with mixed-use. A residential building designed for urban conditions <br />comprising of multiple floors of residential use and with other uses included within the same <br />building. The building may include a parking garage or connection to a multi -modal facility. <br />Filling station. coo Gasoline and oil Service station, <br />Home-based business (also known as, Home occupation).
