CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />STATE OF EMERGENCY PROCLAMATION <br />The City Manager of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has declared a STATE OF EMERGENCY <br />AS OF 11:00 A.M. on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2022 because of weather conditions <br />imminent with Hurricane Ian, as provided by Section 30-10 of the City Code or Ordinances. This <br />declaration authorizes the issuance of emergency resolutions as provided for in City Code Section <br />30-7, as may be required. Emergency resolutions authorized by this Chapter shall include, but <br />are not limited to the following subjects: <br />1. Evacuation. <br />2. Curfews, and declarations of areas off limits. <br />3. Suspension or regulation of sale of alcoholic beverages, firearms, explosives or <br />combustibles. <br />4. Prohibiting the sale of merchandise, goods or services at more than the normal average <br />retail price. <br />5. Water use restrictions. <br />6. Suspension of local building regulations. <br />7.
