Any funding needed to be contributed by the City is subject to future <br />City Commission approval. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended execution <br />of the Petroleum Cleanup Participation Program Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental <br />Protection to perform certain site rehabilitation activities for petroleum contamination at the City's Water <br />Reclamation Facility. <br />F. Resolution 22-3327 — Appointment of Code Enforcement Special Magistrate <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPOINTING AND AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH ANDREW W. MAI, <br />ESQUIRE, FISHBACK DOMINICK LLP, TO SERVE AS THE CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Approval of Resolution 22-3327 which appoints Andrew W. Mai, Esquire of Fishback <br />Dominick LLP as the City's Code Enforcement Magistrate and authorizes execution of an agreement with <br />him for Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Services is requested. (LOI-2022-0933) <br />Budget Impact: Funding of the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate is budgeted in Legal Services <br />Division Special Legal Counsel account #001-0140-514.31-03. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval of Resolution 22-3327 and execution of the <br />agreement with Andrew W. Mai, Esquire of Fishback Dominick LLP for Code Enforcement Special <br />Magistrate Services. <br />G. Task Authorization No. 2 with Wright -Pierce Inc. for Water, Wastewater, and <br />Reclaimed Water System Master Plan Update <br />Introduction: Approval of Task Authorization No. 2 with Wright -Pierce, Inc. for Water, Wastewater, and <br />Reclaimed Water System Master Plan Update in the amount of $347,200 is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient finding has been budgeted in Fiscal Year 2022 and is available for use. Funds <br />will come from the following Water and Sewer Fund Professional Services accounts: Distribution & <br />Collection account #401-0751.536.31-00 - $110,000; Lift Stations account #401-0752-535.31-00 - <br />$35,200; Water Reclamation account #401-0753-535.31-00 - $101,000; and Water Production account <br />4401-0754-533.31-00 - $101,000. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval <br />of Task Authorization No. 2 with Wright -Pierce, Inc. for Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water System <br />Master Plan Update for an amount not to exceed $347,200. <br />
