CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION
Minutes of August 22, 2022 — Regular Meeting
Page 12 of 13
the Water Reclamation Facility. Tears in the liner were observed which were most likely caused by recent
animal damage and since the pond is used to store partially treated wastewater it is critical that these
emergency repairs be made in case the pond needs to be used. Staff has contacted COMANCO
Environmental Corporation (CEC) which has previously performed repairs on the liner, and they have
provided a quote in the amount of $17,950 to perform the necessary repairs.
