Prepare a report that: <br />this Agreement. <br />1. Includes a summary of existing conditions in the study <br />Task 1. The <br />area that identifies existing uses, existing parking facilities, <br />Existing <br />existing zoning and future land use designations, relevant <br />Conditions draft <br />comprehensive plan policies, existing water, sewer and <br />report as described <br />stormwater facilities, existing parks, existing roadways, and <br />in Deliverable 1, <br />environmentally sensitive areas. <br />Task 1. <br />2. Provides an existing conditions case study of a <br />hypothetical development on one of the study area parcels <br />implementing the existing land development regulations. <br />This must include one graphic illustration of the <br />development plan and a narrative critique of results of the <br />hypothetical development in achieving the development <br />preferences identified in the stakeholder interviews and <br />public workshops. <br />Deliverable 2 - $9,000 <br />Deliverable 3: Implementation Plan <br />Due date: May <br />As provided in <br />29, 2015 <br />Section 8.c. of <br />Prepare a report that: <br />this Agreement. <br />Task 1. Identifies recommended standards for height, density, <br />Implementation <br />and character for business, retail, residential, and <br />Plan as described in <br />institutional uses; <br />Deliverable 3, Task <br />1. <br />2. Recommends changes to the Recipient's land <br />development regulations and the comprehensive plan to <br />address at a minimum site requirements, mobility policies, <br />and parking standards; <br />3.
