Mr. Busch made a motion to approve the ratification of invoices and the <br />Finance Report as presented. Mr. Meadows seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Fourth Item of Business: Art House Expansion Proiect <br />Mr. Chris Bowley, Community Development Director, reviewed the information provided in his memo dated <br />April 25, 2022 to the Community Redevelopment Agency. Mr. Bowley requested the Board approve the Budget <br />Amendment for $804,636 for the Art House Expansion project as presented. <br />Mr. Aramendia asked for a motion. Mr. Busch made a motion to approve the Budget Amendment from the <br />CRA fund to the Parks Master Plan for $804,636 for the Art House Expansion project as presented. Mr. Meadows <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Fifth Item of Business: Concord Drive Streetlight Proiect <br />Mr. Chris Bowley, Community Development Director, reviewed the information provided in his memo dated <br />April 25, 2022 to the Community Redevelopment Agency. Mr. Bowley requested the CRA approve the Budget <br />Amendment for up to $50,000 for the Concord Drive Streetlight project. <br />In response to the Board's question, Dr. Kelly Brock, Public Works Division's Director, explained that half <br />the lights are located within the CRA boundary and the remaining eleven (11) lights are located outside the <br />Community Redevelopment District (CRD). He said the intent is to fund the remaining eleven (11) lights from the <br />streetlight fund. Dr. Brock said this would be brought to the City Commission as a single item with a single <br />agreement with Duke at the May or June meeting. The style of the light fixture was discussed. <br />Mr. Aramendia asked for a motion. Mr. Busch made a motion to approve the Budget Amendment from the <br />CRA fund to the streetlight fund for the Concord Drive Streetlight project for up to $50,000 as presented. Mr. <br />Albritton seconded the motion.
