CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Monday, April 25, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present: Anthony Aramendia, Vice -Chairman Mark Busch Andrew Meadows Chad Albritton Members absent: David Henson, Chairman Staff members present: Randy Newlon, City Manager Chris Bowley, Community Development Director Carol Conroy, Finance Director Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director Linda Moore, Recreation Manager Kelly Brock, Public Works Division Director Dean Fathelbab, Healthy Community Manager Joni Dixon, Secretary First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Aramendia at 4:32 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. Second Item of Business: Approval of Minutes — March 28, 2022. Mr. Aramendia asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on March 28, 2022. Mr. Busch made a motion to approve the March 28, 2022 minutes as presented. Mr. Albritton seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Third Item of Business: Ratification of Invoices/Finance Report. Ms. Carol Conroy, Finance Director, reviewed the March 31, 2022 Finance Report (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Conroy stated that the March 31, 2022 Finance Report shows an audited beginning balance of $1,987,902 and actual revenue to date of $1,250,812. She said actual expenditures and encumbrances to date total $979,852 leaving an unencumbered budget balance of $1,387,645. Ms. Conroy said staff anticipates an ending fund balance on March 31, 2022 at approximately $877,000.
