RESOLUTION 18-3010 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE <br />PISTOL RANGE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF NEW <br />SMYRNA BEACH; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry wishes to renew an existing agreement with the City of New <br />Smyrna Beach for use of New Smyrna Beach Police Department's pistol range to enhance the training of <br />the sworn members of the Casselberry Police Department, so as to protect the public peace and safety and <br />preserve the lives and property of the people. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the renewal of <br />the Pistol Range Agreement with the City of New Smyrna Beach, attached as Exhibit A, and authorizes <br />the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions ofthis Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to <br />be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or <br />effects of any other Section or part ofthis Resolution. <br />SECTION W.
