Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency Minutes <br />March 9, 2022 <br />Page 2 <br />Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval of case number ZB 22-01 to the City Commission, based on <br />the staff report and the testimony and evidence presented, that the request meets the applicable provisions of the <br />Unified Land Development Regulations and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan as per the written findings <br />contained in the staff report. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the tenants at the facility, packaging products for shipping, and the <br />tenants' potential use of the 30' corridor located on the southeast boundary line owned by the City. <br />Mr. Hale asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Larry Poliner, RCE Consultants, 617 Arvern Drive, <br />Altamonte Springs, Florida came forward. Mr. Poliner said that he would need to review the plat to see if there were <br />any designated cross -access easements for that 30' corridor. <br />Mr. Hale asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Hale asked for a motion to address ZB 22-01. Ms. Divita made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission recommend approval of case number ZB 22-01 to the City Commission, based on the staff report and <br />the testimony and evidence presented, that the request meets the applicable provisions of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan as per the written findings contained in the <br />staff report including Attachments A and B. Mr. Burnett seconded the motion.
