CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a meeting on <br />Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Dan Hale, Chairman <br />Ed Bowman, Vice Chairman <br />Nancy Divita <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Michelle Saporito <br />Mike Lucas <br />Jim Burnett <br />Staff members present: <br />Christina Hyson, Chief Planner <br />Antonia DeJesus, Planner II <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Hale at 6:30 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Mr. Hale led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Third Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the meetings held on December 8, 2021, and January 12, <br />2022. <br />Mr. Hale stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the meetings held on <br />Wednesday, December 8, 2021, and January 12, 2022. Mr. Burnett moved to accept the December 8, 2021 and <br />January 12, 2022 minutes. Ms. Divita seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Fourth Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />No disclosure of Ex Parte Communications was made by the Commissioners. <br />Fifth Item of Business: ZB 22-01: Zoning Map Amendment at 555 State Road 436. A request to amend the <br />City of Casselberry Official Zoning Map from CG (Commercial General) to CS (Commercial Service) for one <br />(1) parcel located at 555 State Road 436. <br />Ms. Antonia DeJesus, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated March 9, <br />2022 to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission.
