Mr. <br />Busch seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Fourth Item of Business: CRA Audit Report <br />Ms. Carol Conroy, Finance Director, explained the numbers that are in the CRA Annual Report are not <br />government -wide, but are governmental and have already been approved by the City Commission on March 14, <br />2022 as part of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). She said this report is a more extensive report <br />and it shows the financials not only as governmental but as government -wide which converts it more to a business <br />type appearance for comparison purposes. <br />Mr. Chris Bowley, Community Development Director, requested the CRA Board approve the Audit Report. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion. Mr. Busch made a motion to approve the CRA audit report as presented. Mr. <br />Aramendia seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Fifth Item of Business: CRA Annual Report <br />Mr. Chris Bowley, Community Development Director, stated that the CRA Annual Report is a summary of <br />the CRA's activities for the past year. Mr. Bowley requested the CRA Board approve the annual report. <br />Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the annual report. Mr. Busch seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Sixth Item of Business: Fiscal Year 202212023 CRA Pre -Budget Workshop Presentation <br />Mr. Chris Bowley, Community Development Director, reviewed staffs memo dated March 28, 2022 and a <br />PowerPoint Presentation (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Bowley said staff is requesting <br />direction from the CRA Board to select priority projects or spending strategies that can be accomplished within the <br />remaining CRA term. <br />Mr. Randy Newlon, City Manager, said there are only 3'/Z years remaining on the CRA term. He said in <br />2016 the CRA term was extended and at that time a list of potential projects was identified. He said some of the <br />projects remain to be done and others were not financially feasible. Mr. Newlon requested the CRA Board identify <br />potential projects that could be funded by the CRA. <br />
