CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Monday, March 28, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present: David Henson, Chairman Anthony Aramendia, Vice -Chairman Mark Busch Chad Albritton Members absent: Andrew Meadows Staff members present: Randy Newlon, City Manager Carol Conroy, Finance Director Chris Bowley, Community Development Director Kelly Brock, Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Dean Fathelbab, Healthy Community Manager Christina Hyson, Chief Planner Lorie Mertens, Executive Assistant to the City Manager Joni Dixon, Secretary First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Henson at 4:31 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. Second Item of Business: Approval of Minutes. Mr. Henson asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on February 28, 2022. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the February 28, 2022 minutes. Mr. Busch seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Third Item of Business: Ratification of Invoices/Finance Report. Ms. Carol Conroy, Finance Director, reviewed the February 28, 2022 Finance Report (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Conroy said that the February 28, 2022 CRA Financial Report shows an audited beginning balance of $1,987,902 and actual revenue to date of $1,250,800. She said the actual expenditures and encumbrances total to date are $979,629 which leaves a committed budget balance of $1,387,868. She said staff anticipates an ending fund balance for February 28, 2022 at approximately $876,994.
