Erica Stoner, daughter of property owner gave testimony. Ms. Stoner advised this property belonged to <br />wow deceased parents. Ms. Stoner is working with a probate attorney and to make Ms. Stoner the personal <br />representative of the estate so she can obtain the property permits and make repairs to the property. The <br />Special Magistrate asked who now lives in the property, Ms. Stoner advised that her brother lives in the <br />home. Ms. Stoner continued. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -21-00043 1, located at 236 Wilshire Dr., was in violation of <br />the City Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided <br />by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violations by 1:00 P.M. <br />June 16, 2022. If there is no compliance by June 16, 2022, then a fine of $50.00 per day will be imposed <br />for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on June 16, 2022 <br />to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -21-001218 New Case at 621 N Winter Park Dr. <br />® City Code 3-10.9.c.l.a Recreational equipment <br />Officer McDonald gave testimony that the property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on <br />March 14, 2022. The City requested a correction date of April 16, 2022. If no compliance by April 16, 2022 <br />then a fine of $50.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City <br />requests a subsequent hearing date of April 21, 2022 to determine compliance. Winter Park Dr., was in <br />violation of the City Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and <br />evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the <br />violations by 1:00 P.M. May 16, 2022. If there is no compliance by May 16, 2022, then a fine of $75.00 <br />per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will <br />be held on May 19, 2022 to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE — Re -Schedule <br />CE -21-001068 1437 Lake Shore Dr. <br />Supervisor Acevedo advised that the case for 1437 Lake Shore Dr. will be re -scheduled for the April 21, <br />2022 hearing.
