CONSULTANT will make projections of R&R needs in up to four highest priority subdi- <br />visions based on existing R&R information available for the Lake Kathryn Estates subdivision. <br />The projections will not be based on individual pipe segments or individual manholes but on a <br />subdivision basis. <br />3.2 CONSULTANT will present the draft information to CITY at up to two workshops with edits and <br />additions being made between workshops to address concerns or more accurate information ob- <br />tained during the prior workshop <br />3.3 CONSULTANT will prepare the Final Collection System CIP Document <br />Deliverables <br />1. Incorporate recommendations into the Notebook developed in Amendment Ito serve as de- <br />pository of documentation developed herein. Provide a Draft Collection CIP Document consist- <br />ing of the maps, photographs, information tables, cost estimates, priorities, and limited narra- <br />tives developed and modified during this scope of work. <br />2. Provide a Final Collection System CIP Document following review and comments from CITY <br />staff of the Draft Document. Three copies and a CD will be delivered to the CITY. <br />PROJECT COMMENTS/ASSUMPTIONS <br />The scope of work included herein assumes that: <br />1. To the extent possible data provided by the City will be in digital form to minimize re-entry or re- <br />typing by CONSULTANT. <br />2. The CITY recognizes that due to budget constraints the level of detail involved in the Scope of <br />Work is more cursory in nature than typical. For example, it will not include hydraulic models, te- <br />levising of mains, smoke testing, force main integrity testing, or comprehensive manhole or <br />pump station inspections. <br />3. The CITY will provide information in a timely manner. <br />4. Opinion of probable construction cost will be based on similar projects built by the CITY or other <br />entities where the CONSULTANT has access to reliable cost information. <br />PROJECT TEAM <br />The CONSULTANT'S proposed Project Team for this work is as follows: <br />• Project Manager - Jim Peters, P.E. <br />• Project Engineer - Carlos Toro -Escobar <br />• Project Engineer/Engineer II - Derya Dursun, PhD <br />• Project Analyst/Regional PA Manager - Michelle Gaylord <br />• Administrative Support/Office Support Services IV - Louise Lewis <br />SCHEDULE <br />The proposed Project Schedule is presented in Exhibit 1. <br />;pIE::.e❑t2Collection MlasteiPlr n� .- <br />
