B. The ENGINEER will serve as the OWNER's professional engineering <br />representative in those phases of the project to which this Supplement <br />applies and will meet, consult with, and provide advice to the OWNER <br />during the performance of these services. The ENGINEER will perform <br />the services for the City Commission under the direction of the Public <br />Works Director. The Principal -in -Charge will be John Geise and the <br />Project Manager will be Jim Williams, P.E. <br />C. The ENGINEER will attend and participate in regular progress meetings <br />and conferences with the OWNER. <br />D. The ENGINEER represents that all personnel engaged in the work shall <br />be fully qualified. <br />E. Other subconsultant services are included as part of the Supplement. <br />F. The ENGINEER shall promptly begin work on the services authorized by <br />this Supplement upon execution of this Supplement. <br />SECTION 4 <br />SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES OF THE ENGINEER <br />4.0 Supplementary Services <br />A. If authorized by the OWNER, the ENGINEER shall furnish or obtain from <br />others, supplementary services of the following types which will be paid <br />for by the OWNER as an additional cost as outlined in Section 6. <br />B. Additional services due to significant changes in the scope of the project <br />including, but not limited to, changes in size, complexity, character, or due <br />to time delays in initiating or completion of the work as described herein. <br />C. Provide specialty services through Subconsultants. If these services are <br />subsequently determined advisable during the course of the work, they <br />may be considered for authorization as an additional service under this <br />Section of the Supplement or separately provided by the OWNER. <br />D. Except as otherwise provided herein, services or additional costs <br />associated with revising previously accepted studies, reports, or other <br />documents prepared by the ENGINEER when such revisions are due to <br />causes beyond the ENGINEER's control. <br />E. Additional engineering services required by revisions to regulations (after <br />the date for this Supplement) as applicable to the U.S. EPA, Florida <br />Department of Environmental Protection, U.S. Department of Labor, <br />OSHA, or other regulatory agency requirements. <br />
