SECTION 1 PURPOSE OF SUPPLEMENT The OWNER desires the assistance of the ENGINEER to extend certain services in connection with Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services, Design Engineering Services and Grant Administration Services including, but not limited to, administration of the projects known as Casselberry Water Quality Improvement Projects to ensure the listed construction contracts are constructed in reasonable conformity with the plans, specifications, and contract provisions and comply with all necessary Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) State Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) Program and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) requirements. SECTION 2 SCOPE OF SERVICES 2.0 General The ENGINEER shall provide all services required to complete each task in accordance with the regulatory requirements in effect on the date of this Supplement to the extent of the scope of work as defined and set out herein. The ENGINEER shall perform professional services as hereinafter stated in accordance with good engineering practices. 2.1 Construction Phase Services The ENGINEER shall provide construction phase services ensure compliance of the Casselberry Water Quality Improvement Projects with the FDEP SRF program and ARRA requirements. Services included are detailed in the attached Scope of Work (Attachment "A") and include Grant Compliance & Administration, Monthly Progress Meetings, Review and Approval of Contractor Invoices, and Review Monthly Schedule Updates. SECTION 3 GENERAL SERVICES OF THE ENGINEER 3.0 General Services A. The ENGINEER shall provide all services required to complete each task in accordance with the regulatory requirements in effect on the date of this Supplement to the extent of the scope of work as defined and set out in this Supplement.
