Construction observation. <br />Part 2 Construction Phase Services for Casselberry Projects RFI#2 (12 <br />Month Duration, January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011) <br />Construction Administration <br />1. Monthly construction progress meeting. <br />2. Construction observation. <br />3. Review and recommend approval of contractor's invoices. <br />4. Review contractor's monthly schedule updates. <br />5. Assist the City in resolving construction related issues. <br />6. Review change order requests and submit to the City. <br />7. Provide monthly project updates to the City. <br />8. Perform grant compliance tasks, including review and submittal of <br />documents to the FDEP SRF Program. <br />SERVICES NOT INCLUDED <br />The following services are not included with this proposal: construction plans, survey, <br />wetland mitigation, real estate or easement acquisition, permit fees, and utility locates. <br />COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES <br />Our fee for the above described scope of work is $350,000.00 lump sum, payable on a <br />percent complete basis. <br />SCHEDULE <br />Once we have been given a NTP, we will meet with you to coordinate a mutually <br />acceptable schedule to complete the above defined scope of work to meet the project <br />schedule. We can begin work immediately upon receiving your written approval of our <br />proposal. <br />This proposal is contingent upon Killebrew, Inc. accepting the project expansion as a <br />Change Order to the existing contract to be executed within one year starting January 1, <br />2011.
