DRAFT
Tusk A.2 — Water Demand Allocation
This scope of work presumes that the updated water demand projections prepared by the
City can be applied to the water allocation shapefile previously prepared by REI for the
City. Additional geolocation of water demands, other than specific areas identified by
the City with potential for rezoning, is not included in this scope of work.
Task A.3 — Wastewater Demand Projections
As the City is in the process of updating its water demand projections for use in its 5 -
Year CUP Compliance report, it makes sense for the City to update its wastewater
projections using the same population projection information used in the water demand
projections. This scope of work does not update the City's wastewater demand
projections.
Task A.4 — Wastewater Demand Projections
Following the completion of the CIP for the 10 -year planning period, the City needs a
Rate Study and Revenue Sufficiency Evaluation in order to determine if the projects
identified in the updated CIP falls within the City's current budget. This scope of work
does not include a rate study and revenue sufficiency evaluation.
