DRAFT <br />TASK 12.0 — WATER QUALITY MASTER PLAN & CIP UPDATE <br />Based on the data collection and technical evaluations performed in the previous tasks, <br />the Water Quality Master Plan & CIP Update for the City of Casselberry will be <br />developed. Based on the conclusions of the water quality optimization, asset condition, <br />risk assessment and hydraulic evaluation of the existing distribution system and the <br />current CIP and projects proposed in the City's previous Water Master Plan, as well as an <br />evaluation of the City's water treatment facilities, REI will develop a capital <br />improvements program to address the R&R and maintenance of the existing <br />infrastructure, and develop a plan for expansion of the system to meet the needs for future <br />growth. <br />Task 12.1— CIP Update Program <br />REI will: <br />Review the City's previous Water Master Plan proposed projects and current CIP, <br />particularly related to reviewing the existing proposed projects. <br />- Based on the results of the alternative evaluations, REI will prepare a CIP for the <br />City's distribution system, operational maintenance, repair and replacements for the <br />10 -Year Planning Period. <br />- Prepare an implementation plan for the CIP. The individual projects identified in the <br />CIP will be incorporated into a master schedule by fiscal year and with project <br />justifications as part of an overall implantation plan. <br />Task 12.2 — Master Plan <br />REI will: <br />- Prepare and submit to the City for review and comment a detailed Master Planning <br />document summarizing all of the efforts of the previous tasks, including the CIP for <br />the 10 -Year planning period. <br />- Meet with the City staff to review the comments on the draft report. <br />Prepare and submit eight (8) "final" copies of the City of Casselberry's Water System <br />Master Plan (including two copies of the City's Model on compact disk). <br />Data Required: City staff availability <br />Deliverables: <br />♦ Master Plan Report <br />♦ Master Plan Report Review Meeting <br />♦ Water Distribution System Model on Compact Disc <br />Pagel 1 of 14 �=�-=� F t <br />
