D. Professional Liability Insurance shall be maintained by the selected Contractor or individual with <br />a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000.00 protecting the selected Contractor against <br />claims of the City for negligence, errors, mistakes, or omissions in the performance of services to <br />be performed and furnished by the selected Contractor or individual. <br />All insurance minimum coverage's extend to any sub -contractor, and the General Contractor is <br />responsible for all sub -contractors. <br />E. Garage Liability hlsurance in an amount not less than $500,000 pet- occurrence for bodily injury <br />and property damage combined, endorsed to include: <br />a. Automobile service operations <br />b. Garage Keepers Legal Liability Insurance covering perils of fire and explosion, theft of <br />an entire vehicle, collision, riot and civil commotion, vandalism, and malicious mischief. <br />In the cancellation clause, the word endeavor shall be excluded and the number thirty (30) insetted in the <br />blank space provided before the words, days -prior notice. All Contractor's policies are to be considered <br />primary to City coverage and shall not contain co-insurance provisions. <br />Contractor shall provide the City with Certificates of Insurance on all the policies of insurance and <br />renewals thereof in a form acceptable to the City. The Garage Liability policy shall provide that the City <br />be an additional insured. All policies shall provide that the City be notified in writing of any cancellation <br />of said policy at least thirty days prior to the effective date of said cancellation. <br />The insurance coverage required shall include those classifications as are listed in standard liability <br />insurance manuals that most nearly reflect the operations of the Contractor. All insurance policies <br />required shall be issued by companies authorized to do business tinder the laws of the State of Florida. <br />Failure to maintain the insurance required shall be grounds for suspension or termination of the <br />contract. <br />The Contractor is liable for any vehicle towed or transported hereunder, and all property contained in said <br />vehicle, will commence when the tow truck (or other tow vehicle) is hooked (or loaded) to the vehicle in <br />question. <br />TERMINATION/CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT <br />The City reserves the right to cancel the contract without cause with a minimum thirty (30) days written <br />notice. <br />Termination or cancellation of the contract will not relieve the Contractor of any obligations for any <br />deliveries entered into prior to the termination of the contract (i.e. reports, statements of accounts, etc., <br />required and not received). <br />Termination or cancellation of the contract will not relieve the Contractor of any obligations or liabilities <br />resulting from any acts committed by the Contractor prior to the termination of the contract. <br />E <br />
