inconsistencies, errors, or failure to submit supporting documentation, <br />shall be returned to the DAY CAMP PROVIDER for correction and <br />resubmission. <br />(b) The COUNTY Day Camp Scholarship Voucher shall specify the <br />expenses that will be paid for with funds administered by COUNTY. The <br />DAY CAMP PROVIDER shall adhere to the plan of action established by the <br />Day Camp Scholarship Voucher. <br />Section 4. Refunds. <br />(a) The DAY CAMP PROVIDER shall, in conformity with its <br />established refund policies, refund such monies for day camp tuition and <br />fees paid by COUNTY for Campers who enroll in and begin a day camp <br />program, but drop out of day camp. Refunds due for tuition and fees <br />paid under this Agreement shall be made payable to the COUNTY at the <br />address provided in Section 6 here`. The DAY CAMP PROVIDER shall <br />refund to the COUNTY any Grant funds used for ineligible purposes under <br />the laws, rules and regulations governing the use of these Grant funds. <br />A separate email advising COUNTY that a refund is being mailed shall be <br />sent by the DAY CAMP PROVIDER to COUNTY at LLuttig@seminolecountyfl.gov. <br />(b) In accordance with Section 215.34(2), Florida Statutes, if a <br />check or other draft is returned to the COUNTY for collection, the DAY <br />CAMP PROVIDER shall pay to COUNTY a service fee of FIFTEEN AND N0/100 <br />DOLLARS ($15.00) or five percent (50) of the face amount of the returned <br />check or draft, whichever is greater. <br />Section 5. Access and Retention of Public Records. <br />(a) The parties shall comply with the public records laws of the <br />State of Florida and the non -confidential portions of all financial <br />records, supporting documents, and any other documents pertinent to this <br />Seminole County / City of Casselberry <br />Day Camp Provider Agreement <br />Paae 6 of 13 <br />
