For COUNTY: <br />Seminole County <br />Department of Community Services <br />1101 E. First Street <br />Sanford, Florida 32771 <br />For DAY CAMP PROVIDER: <br />City of Casselberry <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, Florida 32707 <br />Either of the parties may change, by written notice as provided <br />above, the person or address for receipt of notice. <br />Section 7. Termination. <br />(a) This Agreement may be terminated for convenience at any time <br />by either party with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of <br />such termination, there shall be no interruption in services for COUNTY <br />sponsored Campers already enrolled,; -n day camp through the period paid <br />for by the Day Camp Scholarship Voucher issued and paid. The DAY CAMP <br />PROVIDER has thirty (30) days after the effective date of the <br />termination for convenience to bill for any payments due. The DAY CAMP <br />PROVIDER shall be entitled to receive just and equitable compensation <br />for any services performed hereunder through the date of termination. <br />(b) Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing when it <br />has been determined that the other party has failed to comply with any <br />of the terms specified herein or has violated any stipulations of this <br />Agreement. The obligation of COUNTY to make all payments due under this <br />Agreement for all enrollments prior to the effective date of termination <br />of this Agreement shall survive termination unless the DAY CAMP PROVIDER <br />fails to perform. If the DAY CAMP PROVIDER fails to perform, in whole <br />or in part, COUNTY may serve a termination notice that shall be <br />Seminole County / City of Casselberry <br />Day Camp Provider Agreement <br />Page 8 of 13 <br />
