Additional fire hydrants will located on the layout <br />to meet Seminole County Code requirements. The proposed water mains will be a <br />minimum of 6 -inch diameter to provide fire flows, based on hydraulic modeling of <br />the distribution system provided by the City. <br />6. Prepare a preliminary estimate of probable construction costs for the Project based <br />on the preliminary alignment drawings. <br />7. Prepare a "Design Memorandum" which presents the findings and conclusions that <br />resulted from the Preliminary Engineering effort; at a minimum, include illustrative <br />sketches/plans (pipe alignment lay -out), permit requirements, future plans of other <br />utilities and agencies that may affect Project (if applicable) and the conclusions and <br />recommendations concerning further execution of the Project. <br />8. Submit five (5) copies of the Design Memorandum to the City. Meet with the City to <br />discuss the Design Memorandum; revise and finalize the Memorandum following <br />comments from the City. <br />TASK 2 — Survey <br />The ENGINEER shall provide the following survey items <br />Right -of -Way Retracement (Prove Right -of -Way): <br />a. Compute right of way geometry. The following will be used to determine the <br />rights of way for the project area: <br />1). Recorded Plats: Tanglewood Section Three Replat (Plat Book 10, <br />Pages 39 & 40) and Temple Terrace (Plat Book 8, Page 61). <br />2). Right of way documentation <br />3). Legal Descriptions recorded in Official Records <br />b. Field locate boundary monumentation and field verify platted rights of way <br />contained within the plats mentioned above (Approximately 5,300 feet). <br />2. Topographic Survey: <br />Perform a Topographic Survey as per Chapter 61G17-6 of the Florida <br />Administrative Code in compliance with the minimum technical standards of <br />surveying and mapping of the State of Florida <br />a. 100' topographic grid of approximately 5,300 feet of right-of-way. <br />b.
