F. Piggyback Agreement with Chuck Robinson Concrete and Bob Cat Service, Inc. for Aauatic Maintenance Services Introduction: Approval of an agreement with Chuck Robinson Concrete and Bob Cat Service, Inc. by piggybacking Seminole County contract RFP-604273-221/LNF for aquatic maintenance services in an amount not to exceed a total of $100,000 is requested. (Ref. PBA -2022-0903) Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City's budget. Sufficient finding is available for this item in Stormwater Utility Fund account #110-0740-538.46-00 and Parks Maintenance account #001-0410- 572.46-00. Donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to Safe House of Seminole and Related Budget Amendment #22-044 Introduction: Approval of a $1,000 donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to Safe House of Seminole and related Budget Amendment #22-044 is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #22-044 will establish the budget for this expenditure. The State Law Enforcement Trust Fund will increase the Aids to Private Organizations account #104-0610-521.82- 00 and the Other Non -Operating Sources account # 104-0000-389.90-00 by $1,000. BA #22-044 Explanation of Request: This Budget Amendment seeks City Commission approval for the Police Department to donate $1,000 to Safe House of Seminole from the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund.
