CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of July 25, 2022 — Regular Meeting Page 4 of 20 Introduction: Approval of Resolution 22-3317 which is the Annual Rate Resolution required per Ordinance No. 09-1301 to provide for the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 assessment roll for the Special Assessment for the Sausalito Assessment Area, associated with the replacement Sausalito Shores subdivision wall is requested. Budget Impact: There is no Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget impact due to this item. Projected revenues from the Special Assessment will be included in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 22-3317. D. Resolution 22-3318 — Authorization to Withdraw from Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program Grant Agreement A1010 for "Wheel Park — Casselberry — Phase 2" "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO REQUEST IMMEDIATE WITHDRAWAL FROM AGREEMENT A1010 WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR A FLORIDA RECREATION DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM GRANT FOR "WHEEL PARK — CASSELBERRY — PHASE 2"; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 22-3318 which provides authorization for the City Manager to request to withdraw from the Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program (FRDAP) Grant Agreement #A 1010 for "Wheel Park — Casselberry — Phase 2" is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget, as revenues from the grant were not yet recognized in the budget. (However, the City will have $200,000 less available for construction of this project as a result of withdrawing from the grant.) Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 22-3318. E. Amendment No. 1 to the Piggyback Agreement with Traffic Control Devices, LLC for Traffic Control Device Repair Introduction: Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Piggyback Agreement PBA -2021-0700 with Traffic Control Devices, LLC which provides for an increase of the annual limit to $65,000 and update of the company's name is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Various Public Works & Utilities Department operating accounts will be used as needed for these services, subject to available budgets.
