CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of July 25, 2022 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 4 of 20 <br />Introduction: Approval of Resolution 22-3317 which is the Annual Rate Resolution required per <br />Ordinance No. 09-1301 to provide for the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 assessment roll for the Special <br />Assessment for the Sausalito Assessment Area, associated with the replacement Sausalito Shores <br />subdivision wall is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget impact due to this item. Projected revenues <br />from the Special Assessment will be included in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval <br />of Resolution 22-3317. <br />D. Resolution 22-3318 — Authorization to Withdraw from Florida Recreation <br />Development Assistance Program Grant Agreement A1010 for "Wheel Park — <br />Casselberry — Phase 2" <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO REQUEST <br />IMMEDIATE WITHDRAWAL FROM AGREEMENT A1010 WITH THE FLORIDA <br />DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR A FLORIDA RECREATION <br />DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM GRANT FOR "WHEEL PARK — CASSELBERRY <br />— PHASE 2"; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Approval of Resolution 22-3318 which provides authorization for the City Manager to <br />request to withdraw from the Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program (FRDAP) Grant <br />Agreement #A 1010 for "Wheel Park — Casselberry — Phase 2" is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget, as revenues from the grant were not <br />yet recognized in the budget. (However, the City will have $200,000 less available for construction of this <br />project as a result of withdrawing from the grant.) <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval <br />of Resolution 22-3318. <br />E. Amendment No. 1 to the Piggyback Agreement with Traffic Control Devices, LLC <br />for Traffic Control Device Repair <br />Introduction: Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Piggyback Agreement PBA -2021-0700 with Traffic <br />Control Devices, LLC which provides for an increase of the annual limit to $65,000 and update of the <br />company's name is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Various Public Works & Utilities Department <br />operating accounts will be used as needed for these services, subject to available budgets. <br />
