CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of November 16, 2020 — Special Meeting <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />City Clerk Donna Gardner read Resolution 20-3206 in its entirety, formally recognizing and expressing <br />appreciation for former Commissioner Bill Hufford's four years of dedicated service on the City <br />Commission and his many years of volunteer set -vice to the Casselberry community. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Busch moved to approve Resolution 20-3206, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />5. CITIZENS COMMENTS <br />Mayor Henson announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on <br />the agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Henson announced the <br />rules of decorum. The following individuals came forward: <br />1. Ms. Charlene Glancy, 210 NE Triplet Drive, stated she had just completed twelve years <br />of service to the City as its Mayor, and she wished to honor former Commissioner Bill <br />Hufford and thank him for his service to the City and the community. She also <br />congratulated newly seated Commissioner Chad Albritton and thanked him for his <br />willingness to serve, encouraging him to always listen and to continue learning during his <br />time on the City Commission. <br />2. Ms. Rhonda Ovist, 220 South Embrey Drive, expressed congratulations to Commissioner <br />Chad Albritton, stating she felt he would bring great energy and insight to the position <br />and would do a very good job representing the citizens of the City of Casselberry. <br />No one else came forward. <br />6.
